1. Who operates this website

Name: PENDIENTE Trade name: Envite Address: PENDIENTE Email: PENDIENTE Website: getenvite.com

2. Purpose

This page governs access to and use of the website getenvite.com, through which a platform is offered for creating, publishing and managing digital invitations and the information that goes with an event. Access to the website is free of charge. Purchasing a plan for a specific event is also governed by the Terms of Service.

3. Terms of use

By using the website you undertake to do so lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you undertake not to use it to spread illegal content, not to attempt to access restricted areas or other people's data, and not to take actions that could damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the service. Using the platform to manage an event means that you will be processing your guests' data. You are responsible for having obtained it lawfully and for informing those people as required by the law that applies to you.

4. Intellectual property

The software, the design of the platform, the invitation templates, the texts, the brand and the graphic elements of the website belong to PENDIENTE or are used under the corresponding licence, and are protected by intellectual property and trademark laws. No licence over them is granted beyond the use of the platform on the terms purchased. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming them without express authorisation is prohibited. The content you upload — texts, photographs, music you provide — remains yours. See the corresponding section of the Terms of Service.

5. Copyright: designated agent

Our designated agent to receive notices of copyright infringement, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), is: PENDIENTE PENDIENTE PENDIENTE (subject: “DMCA”) What a notice must include, and how to respond to one, is set out in section 12 of the Terms of Service.

6. Accessibility

We want anyone to be able to use Envite, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard or magnification. We use the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, level AA, as our reference. If you come across a barrier — on the website, in an invitation or in your dashboard — write to us at PENDIENTE telling us where you found it and what device or technology you use. We will reply and, while we fix it, give you another way to do what you need.

7. Liability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions at all: we depend on infrastructure providers and communication networks. We are not liable for the content users publish in their invitations, or for the accuracy of the information they enter about their events. We will, however, remove clearly illegal content as soon as we become aware of it. The website may contain links to third-party pages — maps, payment providers — over whose content we have no control.

9. Complaints and governing law

This website is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, by the federal laws of the United States. If you have a complaint, write to us at PENDIENTE. If we do not resolve it, you can file a complaint with Puerto Rico's Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO, daco.pr.gov) or with your state's consumer protection agency. If you are in the European Union, that same address is our single point of contact for authorities and users for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services. We handle requests in Spanish and in English.

10. Contact

For any question about this page, the service or your data, write to us at PENDIENTE. We answer every message.
