Cancel your purchase
You have 14 days from the purchase to cancel it without giving a reason, and we refund the full amount. Fill in the form and we will email you an acknowledgement with the date and time it reached us.
When you can cancel
Within 14 days of the purchase, as long as you have not published the event’s invitation.
As the terms you accepted when paying say, publishing the invitation means that event’s service has been delivered and can no longer be cancelled. If you have already published it, write to us anyway: if a fault of ours stopped you using the service, we will sort it out.
How we refund you
Within 14 days of receiving your request, by the same payment method you used, taxes included and at no cost to you. That purchase’s event stops being available. Depending on your bank, the refund can take a few more days to show in your account.
